Board Of Directors

The Board of Director of the Institute for Chartered Entrepreneurship consultants, Nigeria is the supreme governing authority of the Institute, responsible for policy decisions which have financial implications; general management of the affairs of the institute. The Boards of Directors have powers to do anything which in its opinion is calculated to facilitate the carrying on of the activities of the Institute.

The Board comprises of the President, Vice President, Director General/Chief Executive Officer, Treasurer, Five Elected members, Auditors, Solicitor-General and Three Patrons. There are four committees, each committee has Chairman, General Secretary and Ten members.
